In order to get the most rental income, we suggest you book the most popular week possible at the lowest cost to you. Here's how:
- Booking at your home resort typically offers the lowest cost.
- To determine the most popular weeks click here.
- Keep in mind, resorts within the continental U.S. tend to get the most rental activity within 3 months of the check in date. Locations such as Hawaii, Mexico and the Caribbean tend to book further out due to travel planning and airfare.
